Getting into Experience design was a completely new thing to me, designing from and for certain feelings and experiences.
This project was done in collaboration with a charity foundation in Reykjavík, that gives away groceries to people who can´t afford them themselves. The main goal was to improve the experience of the users in every phase of the process. We participated, worked undercover, investigated, interviewed, inspected and experience prototyped our ideas.
The final result was supposed to be presented with a 1 minute video.
Our presentation represented that we should put ourselves in other peoples shoes.
